Bill Taylor
Bill brings a wealth of experience in high-pressure project management to Guardian Building Management. With over 20 years in the industry, including a significant stint in North America, Bill has honed his skills in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
His background in complex technical installations for major corporations has equipped him with a strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on efficiency. Bill's transition to property management has brought a fresh perspective to our operations, enabling us to streamline processes and enhance our service delivery.

Kristian Tamatoa
Kristian comes with a comprehensive understanding of the Design and Build construction process and is credited with the successful delivery of significant projects across Aotearoa and throughout the South Pacific.
Graduating with a Bachelors Degree from the School of Built Environments, he fuses practical construction experience with construction management expertise to consistently deliver large scale projects for his Clients.
His experience spans multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and infrastructure, providing him with a deep understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.
Kristian's ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders, including Iwi and government agencies, is testament to his strong leadership and communication skills.
